The Lacrosse Skills Academy is a dynamic, intensive training program designed to enhance young athletes' skills in a learning-focused, fun environment. This program focuses on developing the fundamental skills necessary for success in lacrosse, including stick work (equipment is provided, although personal sticks are welcome), catching, throwing, ground balls, and defensive techniques. Led by experienced coaches and trainers, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their game, acquire new strategies, and compete against other players of similar age and skill levels in a non-contact setting. Whether you are a new or seasoned lacrosse player, this program will elevate your confidence in the sport.
