Eischens Yoga - All Levels

Eischens Yoga uses alignment and body mechanics to counter the tightnesses our culture creates. Simple poses, clear instruction, lots of modifications, partner work.  Reduce pain, relieve tension, increase energy by aligning the body.   Dress for comfort and movement, bring a yoga mat, and two yoga blocks (approximately 4"x 6"x 9"). Must be able to get down and up off the floor.

Her informal and informational style make Eischens Yoga classes a welcoming place for all students. Lynn draws from her yoga background as well as a deep understanding of anatomy and body mechanics to create a space for healing and balance so people can live more fully.
