Foam Roller Workshop

Roll your way to health!  Learn self-myofacial release (SMR) using a foam roller.  We will discuss different types of rollers, when, why and how to roll your entire body.  Foam rolling applies pressure to the knots or trigger points in your muscles, releasing tension and returning your body to optimal function.  Regular foam rolling ensures your muscles are elastic and healthy. Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and foam roller to class.
