Group Hypnosis for Weight Loss
How will you look and feel if you do not stop your obsession with food today? Hypnosis can help you control your eating habits. It will help you stop the constant thinking about food, overeating, and snacking. You will also learn to desire the right foods, push your plate away when full, and motivate yourself to exercise. Hypnosis is relaxing and you will be fully aware and conscious at all times.

7:15 to 8:00 p.m. Weight Loss Hypnosis (smokers have a 45-minute break off school grounds to have a last cigarette)
