This gentle, SUN family form is recognized by many educational and medical institutions as well  as Arthritis Associations throughout the world to be beneficial for arthritis, flexibility, relaxation and pain reduction. Movements are slow and sequential. Appropriate for most levels of health.  Can be done standing or sitting. Loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes recommended.
