Tai Chi for Energy


This unique, non-martial exercise is comprised of the SUN and Chen styles. Chen is a more rigorous form consisting of fast and slow movements. SUN style is more gentle and incorporates qigong into the form. Together they create a powerful synergy. As with all Tai Chi, this form will help you achieve better health, wellness, and internal and external balance. Not suitable for some physical conditions. Wear flat shoes and loose, comfortable clothing. No sandals please.
