Movement for Healthy Feet (aka Foot Clinic)
Adult Learning / Fitness -
Fall 2020 Adult
Most of us have feet that lack mobility and strength. This is directly linked to alignment issues and joint pain in other parts of the body. This event will address some of the common causes of those tight, stiff feet. Dress for some simple movement. We will work barefoot. Have a yoga mat or blanket ready. Learn how to improve foot function and health. Healthier feet = healthier you.
