Learn to prepare “spaetzle” (German pasta), potato pancakes,“kartoffelklosse” (German dumplings) and braised red cabbage. You'll finish with black forest cake, it’s sublime. He's appeared on several cooking shows demonstrating his culinary wizardry but his passion is teaching and demystifying the process of gourmet cooking.
