Celebrate a century of community by attending the Citywide Prom! This fun event will highlight the past 100 years of Eden Prairie Schools and raise funds for the Historic Gym as we look forward to what's next for this iconic community space. The Citywide Prom will take place the evening of May 18th in the Historic Gym and feature: Dress your decade attire (pull out an old formal, wear something you could have worn to your senior prom, or pick a decade and dress accordingly) Live music by Wondercure Remarks by Justice Paul Anderson and other community leaders and crowning of our prom royalty Engaging displays and celebrations of our past 100 years Opportunities to capture new memories in the photo booth Roundtrip shuttle service on SW Transit's signature trolley between the City Center (parking location) and the Historic Gym Add to the fun by purchasing a VIE (Very Important Eagle) Tent access ticket, which includes: Access to purchase beer--including the Unchaperoned Brew Fat Pants made specifically for this celebration--and wine sold by the Eden Prairie Lions Club Premium appetizers and sweets Early access to the event Commemorative gift Notes: This event is for adults only. No childcare will be available. All ages are welcome to attend Family Fun Day the evening prior on Friday, May 17th. Family Fun Day is free and open to the public. We are collecting song requests, Prom Royalty nominations, and photos from Eden Prairie proms and other dances upon registration. If you are unable to attend, but have photos to contribute or nominations for Prom Royalty, please email them to mmalone@edenpr.org. Tickets are per person. Please only register for one of the options below. The VIE Tent access option includes a prom ticket. Tickets are limited! Save your spot today. As this event is a fundraiser as well as a celebration, there are multiple price options to allow attendees to make a donation upon registering for the event.
