    At Eden Prairie Schools, we believe that you are never done learning. That’s why our Community Education program offers hundreds of classes on topics from cooking to yoga. General topics include computer courses, dance, financial planning, fitness, hobbies, DIY home projects, music, language, personal growth, cooking, plus periodic seminars on parenting topics and more.
  • CMS Mornings

    CMS Morning registration is open for the 2023-2024 school year, you can find additional information posted on our website. CMS Mornings is offered before school from 7:00am - 9:15 am. It is a program designed to provide a structured environment for students prior to the school day at Central Middle School. The program provided a designated space for students who are looking for quiet time or spend supervised time in the gym and outside for students who are interested in exercising or playing active games with friends. CMS Mornings is only offered on days school is in session. CMS Morning Registration for the 2024-2025 school year will open on May 1st, 2024 at 8am.

  • Eagle Zone School Age Care

    ONLINE REGISTRATION HELP HERE! Summer 2024 and 24-25 School Year is NOW OPEN! Make sure you take advantage of our "Early Bird" registration for the upcoming school year by registering before June 6th to enjoy a discounted registration fee. Until June 6th, registration fees for students will be $75 per child. However, after June 6th, fees will increase to $100 per student. Don't delay, register now to secure your spot and save! See our website for more details at edenpr.org. Summer 2024 Program Summer is quickly approaching, we host fun-filled, themed weeks for your upcoming kindergarten through 6th grade students. We offer full and half day options for childcare. On-site and off-site field trips will be on Tuesdays and Fridays! Our two summer locations are Prairie View and Forest Hills for the summer of 2024. Prairie View will offer full day care for families looking for age/grade specific activities and field trips. Forest Hills will offer half and full day care for families who are also enrolled in Targeted Services, Extended School Year Program and EPIC enrichment courses. A one time registration fee is charged on the following for summer: February 28–March 28: Fee waived March 28–August 8: $50/child non-refundable fee/Maximum of $100 per family Eagle Zone Summer Dates: Full Day Summer Program is available Monday-Friday from June 12th-August 22nd 7:00am-6:00pm. Half Day Summer Program is available Monday-Thursday from June 24th-August 15th, except for July 4th week, 12:00pm-6:00pm at our Forest Hills Location only. Dates when Eagle Zone is closed, June 19th July 4th and July 5th, 2024. Eagle Zone Summer Rates: Full Day: $55 per day Drop In Care: $64 per day Half Day: $135 per week School Year 2024-2025 Program Register for the 2024-2025 school year beginning Feb 28th, 2024!   • Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE)

    You are your child’s first and most important teacher! Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) classes help you be the best parent to your child. ECFE classes are designed for you and your child age birth to 5. ECFE is unique to Minnesota and is a program of Eden Prairie Schools Community Education. From school-year and seasonal classes to playtime and special events, ECFE programs do the following: - Support your child's healthy development through engaging activities - Help you discover effective parenting tips you can use immediately - Allow you to enjoy parent/child time including songs, activities, games, and lessons that will help your child thrive in every way - Give families a chance to step away from the rapid pace of today's world and ease the stresses families face. Do you have questions about tantrums, sibling relationships, bedtime routines, healthy eating, or developmental milestones? Schedule a confidential one-on-one consultation with an experienced parent educator who will connect with you by phone, email, or video conference. This consultation is free to all Eden Prairie families with children ages birth through 5 years old. Parents of a K-12 child may also request a consultation for a $35 per hour fee.   • Junior Preschool

    Looking to ease your 4 year old into the elementary preschool experience? Enroll your child into our Junior Preschool program! Available as a 3 or 4 day consistent schedule, students have the opportunity to enjoy a typical preschool classroom without a full week commitment. Preschoolers will experience social-emotional development through play-based learning, and be introduced to elementary school experiences such as eating lunch in the cafeteria, riding the bus to and from school (if enrolled at your boundary school), and building relationships with the elementary staff. It's a great way to help your child on the road to kindergarten readiness!

  • Little Eagles Preschool

    Little Eagles Preschool provides an innovative classroom where creativity and imagination soars! Our diverse classrooms help students discover a love for learning in an interactive, stimulating, and academically rich environment. Your child will be immersed in a stimulating learning environment filled with fun, challenging, and creative learning activities! There are many preschool options available to families in Eden Prairie, but our Little Eagles Preschool program is the only one that aligns curriculum with Eden Prairie Schools K-12 curriculum and the overall K-12 system. We work closely with Early Childhood Special Education and kindergarten teachers to foster a successful transition from preschool to kindergarten.

  • Young Explorers

    Young Explorers is a class for children age 3-5 years who have an Individual Education Plan. The curriculum involves carefully structured teaching and a relationship-based approach to learning with many learning opportunities embedded in play. The classroom is lead by an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher. This course is to be on pre-approval by your child's case manager.
