    DASH Sports Track & Field camps provide participants with practice in several areas including: Sprinting, throwing, relay running, jumping, and distance running. Emphasis is on technique and proper form. The camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall track and field performance.
