GREAT!" - Michele Bialowas"I loved how the class was sequenced, each class building on what we had learned the previous week. The class was a good mix of flow, strength poses, building mind-body pathways, and exploratory inquiry. The instructor and therefore the class dynamic has a very welcoming, non-judgmental, and positive vibe. Lynn Shuck is an exceptional, one-of-a-kind instructor." - Eischens Yoga student
