  • Movement for Healthy Feet (aka Foot Clinic)

Most of us have feet that lack mobility and strength. This causes common foot complaints (bunions, plantar fasciitis, etc.) and contributes to joint pain in other parts of the body. This workshop will teach you ways to improve foot mobility and strength. You’ll work barefoot and will need a chair, ball (Pinky, tennis ball, super ball), firm blanket or yoga mat, and a rubber band. Come learn how to improve foot function and health. Healthier feet = healthier you. Participate in this class without leaving home! As this course will be taught virtually, you will need access to video and audio on a computer or tablet or a phone with internet connection. This class will be held on Zoom, which is free to use. You will receive the Zoom link via email prior to class. Please be sure your email address is updated in our system. All participants will receive a detailed follow-up email covering what was taught in the workshop.
