This causes common foot complaints (bunions, plantar fasciitis, etc.) and contributes to joint pain in other parts of the body. This workshop will teach you ways to improve foot mobility and strength. You’ll work barefoot and will need a chair, ball (Pinky, tennis ball, super ball), firm blanket or yoga mat, and a rubber band. Come learn how to improve foot function and health. Healthier feet = healthier you. Participate in this class without leaving home!
