    Most of us have feet that lack mobility and strength. This is directly linked to alignment issues and joint pain in other parts of the body. This event will address some of the common causes of those tight, stiff feet. Dress for some simple movement. We will work barefoot. Have a yoga mat or blanket ready. Learn how to improve foot function and health. Healthier feet = healthier you. Participate in this class without leaving home!     Feeling lethargic after a day of feasting, family, and friends? This Post-Thanksgiving Detox Flow will revive your spirit while nourishing your body. Experience feel-good yoga and stress-relieving techniques to use all holiday season. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Have a yoga mat and water ready. Open to those 16+.     Try something new! The Eight Brocades, also known as Silk Brocades, and/or Ba Duan Jin has been around since the 12th century. It was created by Marshal Yue Fei to improve the vitality of his soldiers. The movements are slow and flowing. Each move focuses on a particular health benefit. Movements can be adapted for most physical conditions. Please wear flat shoes and loose, comfortable clothing. Practice Qigong from the comfort and safety of your own home. Tai Chi has proven through numerous scientific studies to relieve pain, increase range of motion and improve quality of life. This form is the highest evidenced based exercise according to the National Council on Aging. Arthritis foundations around the world and the CDC are recommending it for arthritis and fall prevention. This form is suitable for most physical conditions and can be done sitting or standing. Please wear flat shoes and loose, comfortable clothing. Sandals not recommended.     This non-martial, gentle exercise reduces stress, strengthens the body, and restores internal and external balance. The many physical and psychological benefits have been recognized by both medical and scientific research. Tai Chi is recommended by many top medical universities and organizations. In this class, participants will learn a 40 posture Yang family form done in sequence. It requires the ability to stoop, turn and change directions. Not suitable for some physical conditions.
