    This class is for those who have some experience using Microsoft Excel, but want to learn more. Topics covered include working with longer spreadsheets and creating charts and graphs. The class also focuses on some of Excel's database features: sorting your data, filtering it to display only the information you need, and summarizing it in a Pivot Table. The Community Education computers have Microsoft Office 2016 installed.

    This class is for those who are familiar with Microsoft Word and are ready to learn more. Topics covered include working with longer documents (ex., page numbers, headers and footers), working with tables, and taking advantage of some of Word's time-saving features. The Community Education computers have Microsoft Office 2016 installed.
  • Intro to Excel

    This class is for those who are new to or struggling with Microsoft Excel. The class will cover making full use of Excel's built-in screen elements, as well as basic spreadsheet concepts: creating a spreadsheet, making basic changes, formatting it for emphasis or to make it attractive, and printing it. Familiarity with keyboard and mouse is a requirement. The Community Education computers have Microsoft Office 2016 installed. 
  • Intro to Word

    For those new to or struggling with Microsoft Word, this class covers basic word processing techniques, as well as the use of Word's built-in screen elements. By the end of class you will be able to create a document, make simple revisions to it, make it look nice (format it), and print it. Familiarity with keyboard and basic computer operations is required. The Community Education computers have Microsoft Office 2016 installed.
