Welcome to The Doodle Domain! In this class, we will be focusing on learning about and developing new artistic abilities. This class will be a great opportunity for you students to continue their artistic journeys, learning more about the art field, while also being provided a safe space for self expression. I want to give students a chance to continue to challenge themselves creatively, and assist with continued learning throughout the summer!
This is a reading-focused Targeted Services course.
Hello! My name is Sean Hames. I am currently a 1st grade teacher at Oak Point Elementary. I have working within the education field for the past 5+ years working with age ranges Elementary School to Middle School. However, when I am not teaching, I have a grand passion for art. Ever since I could hold a pencil, I have been drawing. Through the years, I have honed my abilities and learned many different styles that I would like to pass on! I sincerely feel that art is a great way for students to come together and express themselves in a healthy, non-judgmental environment!
I also enjoy the outdoors and being active. I am an avid runner, hiker, and explorer. I find that these activities can be very complimentary with developing a healthy and positive mindset!
