Join Vicky Sarahan and Mike Tietz for a session on buying a home in today's unique home buying market! It takes knowledge and professional help to maneuver through the process successfully. In this seminar, we will be discussing what it takes to buy a home in the current market from start to finish. We will discuss the importance of getting pre-approved for a mortgage and what qualifications are needed. We will also discuss various loan programs and assistance programs and what that process looks like.

I enjoy educating people on mortgage and take pride in getting people into their first home.I live in Chaska with my wife of 27 years and have 3 adult children.When I am not working I enjoy outdoor activities working on cars and volunteering for Special Olympics.
