The program will provide a designated space for students who are looking for quiet time or spend supervised time in the gym and outside for students who are interested in exercising or playing active games with friends.

You are your child’s first and most important teacher! Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) classes help you be the best parent to your child.
Our Early Childhood Screening appointments are a free service and usually take about an hour to complete. If you have concerns regarding your child's development or your child is entering kindergarten in the Fall of 2023, please call 952-975-6940.
Looking to ease your 4 year old into the elementary preschool experience? Enroll your child into our Junior Preschool program! Available as a 3 or 4 day consistent schedule, students have the opportunity to enjoy a typical preschool classroom.
Little Eagles Preschool provides an innovative classroom where creativity and imagination soars! Our diverse classrooms help students discover a love for learning in an interactive, stimulating, and academically rich environment.
Secure an hour of time with Our expert Parent Educator Kathy Matthews. Kathy will customize your hour to fit your needs and topic. Rate of $35 is per hour.
For enrolling others in a Community Education Program
Do you have a preschool aged child and would like support with parenting your preschooler? Join other parents in a Parent-Educator led class to share the joys and challenges that come with this stage! This adult only class provides education, connection and strategies to support your child on the topics of development, cooperation, communication, problem solving, emotional intelligence, and more. Held in person at the Community Education Building, 8100 School Road. Sibling care available for an additional fee- please see sliding fee scale on page 3
Kathy is passionate about helping parents grow in their skills and confidence when it comes to parenting. She loves connecting with children whether they are 3 months old or 5 years old - their sweet smiling faces warm her heart! She loves working in ECFE because it brings families together to connect and build their community of friends that can last a lifetime. Kathy is a Licensed Parent Educator and holds an MBA from St. Thomas and a Master in Education from the University of MN. She looks forward to meeting you!
