At Eden Prairie Schools, we believe that you are never done learning. That’s why our Community Education program offers hundreds of classes on topics from cooking to yoga. General topics include computer courses, dance, financial planning, fitness, hobbies, DIY home projects, music, language, personal growth, cooking, plus periodic seminars on parenting topics and more.

For enrolling others in a Community Education Program

KinderCamp is a FREE opportunity for students entering kindergarten in Eden Prairie Schools to build confidence about the start of the school year. Students will experience elements of a “typical” Kindergarten day, including: tours of the building meeting new friends learning about their school spending time in their new school building KinderCamp is taught by Eden Prairie teachers, and students will be able to meet other important school staff each day. Please note that students will not be placed with their kindergarten teacher, as final placements will not be completed at this time.

Our virtual camps feature engaging interactive instruction in a collaborative learning environment. For each session, students will also be given access to our online classroom, which will feature recordings of the lessons and a curriculum guide with all the steps covered in class, along with instructions for project extensions. To protect students’ privacy, we do not share videos of the actual classes, but we will have follow-along recordings reviewing the instructions and activities done in class. All online STEM courses are offered by Tech Academy.
