Little Eagles Preschool provides an innovative classroom where creativity and imagination soars! Our diverse classrooms help students discover a love for learning in an interactive, stimulating, and academically rich environment.
Secure an hour of time with Our expert Parent Educator Kathy Matthews. Kathy will customize your hour to fit your needs and topic. Rate of $35 is per hour.
Discover just how versatile and crowd-pleasing crepes can be! In this hands-on class, you’ll master the art of making and flipping crepes while creating both savory and sweet dishes. On the savory side, we’ll prepare Chicken Divan (tender chicken with broccoli in a rich cheese sauce) and mushroom crêpes with sherry sauce. For the sweet course, indulge in cheese blintzes with apricot sauce, orange crepe Suzette, and more for dessert. By the end of class, you’ll not only have plenty of practice but also the confidence to wow friends and family with elegant, do-ahead creations.
**An ingredients fee of $13 is payable to the instructor at class. Please bring containers. Ages 14+ only, please.
