Discover the rich and vibrant flavors of Southern cuisine, shaped by a blend of culinary traditions from around the world. In this hands-on class, you’ll create a memorable meal featuring crab dip, traditional cheese straws, gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and rice, buttermilk biscuits, cheesy grits, pecan pralines, and bread pudding with bourbon sauce. Explore how diverse ingredients come together to create the soulful dishes the South is known for!

**An ingredients fee of $17 is payable to the instructor at class. Please bring containers. Ages 14+ only, please.
