Health(ier) desserts without the added sugar-highs! Join Holistic Nutritionist, Jackie Mart, for this hands-on children’s cooking class. We will be making a few sweet treats without gluten, refined sugars, artificial flavors or colors. All supplies are included.

Jackie's holistic health and wellness path began in 2006 when she was first introduced to organic food and alternative medicine in the small town of Carroll, Iowa. She is a holistic nutritionist, motivational speaker, certified fitness instructor and owner/operator of Optimum Wellness LLC. She battled negative body image, weight issues and an eating disorder for more than 20 years and transformed her struggles into her career and passion! Jackie's health/wellness experience includes: consulting independently, working with gyms, partnering with chiropractic/wellness clinics, natural food co-ops, schools, colleges, universities, women's and girls' retreats/workshops, personal training and yoga studios, and providing nutrition and health education virtually and in many small and large-group settings and businesses throughout Minnesota and Iowa. She believes the road to health always begins with self-love!
