Little Eagles Preschool provides an innovative classroom where creativity and imagination soars! Our diverse classrooms help students discover a love for learning in an interactive, stimulating, and academically rich environment.
Secure an hour of time with Our expert Parent Educator Kathy Matthews. Kathy will customize your hour to fit your needs and topic. Rate of $35 is per hour.
You'll begin by preparing delicious egg rolls stuffed with pork, shrimp and vegetables served with both
hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce for dipping. You'll then prepare fried rice using chicken, shrimp,
fresh vegetables, and the secret sauce. Classic pork chow mein follows served with crispy egg noodles
along with egg foo young made with both, chicken and shrimp. We’ll finish this extravaganza with a
delightful lemon custard tort.

Founder of "Flavors from the Home", Jeff's love of food began at the Lincoln Del. He sought formal training at L'Hotel Sofitel in Bloomington, MN and Houston, Texas. His 40+ year professional career has brought him to such spots as Buca Di Beppo, Figlio, Sunsets on the Bay, My Pie Pizza and the Sunshine Factory to name just a few. He's appeared on several cooking shows demonstrating his culinary wizardry but his passion is teaching and demystifying the process of gourmet cooking.
