Eden Prairie Community Education

Experienced Labor and Delivery nurses, Chanda Lyons, RNC, and Lisa Shedlov Mesick, RNC, want to help educate parents-to-be about topics surrounding labor and birth. This is a one time class. Topics include: labor induction, natural birth options, pain medications, cesarean section, risk factors in pregnancy, fear about birth, and medical terminology related to labor. We will also have a Q&A session as well. The goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered as you approach your upcoming birth.
