Secure an hour of time with Our expert Parent Educator Kathy Matthews. Kathy will customize your hour to fit your needs and topic. Rate of $35 is per hour.
Have you previously visited Germany, learned German, or taken German I Online? Then you should sign up for German II Online. You will discover how German families live their daily lives, the food they eat, and where they live during our weekly Zoom sessions, using the text Die neue Linie 1 A1.1 and Google Classroom.

As this course will be taught virtually, you will need access to video and audio on a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet connection. Zoom is free to use. The Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to class.
For those who did not take German I with us, there will be a $40 online book purchase that will need to be made by the participant. The instructor will provide you with that information.
Martin Hidy began his study of German with his European-born, German-speaking parents. He continued his studies at the University of Minnesota and earned an undergraduate degree in German Education. He has taught German in both small-town and suburban schools and at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels, most recently in the Edina Public Schools. His visits to the German-speaking world include six trips and tours with students, adults, family, and friends. He has over twenty years of experience teaching German through the Eden Prairie Community Education program.
