This class will teach you to prepare: Naan: Soft, leavened bread cooked to perfection with optional garlic butter. Stuffed Parathas: Delicious whole wheat flatbreads filled with spiced potatoes (Aloo Paratha) and paneer (Paneer Paratha). Laccha Paratha: A flaky, multi-layered bread that’s as fun to make as it is to eat. Learn essential techniques like kneading, rolling, and cooking on a skillet or tawa, plus tips to achieve authentic textures and flavors.
