Little Eagles Preschool provides an innovative classroom where creativity and imagination soars! Our diverse classrooms help students discover a love for learning in an interactive, stimulating, and academically rich environment.
Secure an hour of time with Our expert Parent Educator Kathy Matthews. Kathy will customize your hour to fit your needs and topic. Rate of $35 is per hour.

You’ll learn how to prepare: - Layered Enchiladas – A bold and delicious Mexican-inspired bake featuring layers of tortillas, vegetables, and savory sauce.- Pulao with Black-Eyed Peas & Vegetables – A wholesome, spiced rice casserole filled with tender black-eyed peas, colorful vegetables, and aromatic Indian flavors.- Handvo – A traditional Gujarati lentil and rice bake made with shredded zucchini and tempered spices—crispy on the outside, soft and savory inside. These meals are perfect for meal prep, family dinners, or potlucks—and they’re packed with plant-based protein, fiber, and comfort. Namrata and Riku are lifelong home cooks with a love for bold flavors, traditional techniques, and nourishing meals. Their culinary journey began in their family kitchens, where they learned time-honored recipes passed down through generations. Over the years, they’ve explored a wide range of global and fusion cuisines.
Their classes are designed to be approachable and inspiring. They bring a warm, encouraging energy to the kitchen—offering classes that are welcoming to cooks of all levels. Their teaching draws from Indian culinary roots while celebrating the diversity of plant-forward cooking from around the world.
