5v5 Football Skills focuses on a holistic approach to player development, emphasizing mental, physical, and tactical skills to prepare players of all weight classes for 5v5 touch football. —Skill Focus: speed, footwork, agility and conditioning, passing and receiving, route running, and defensive techniques. Athletes will be divided into competitive teams based on age and skill level to participate in up to two live games per session.
