Join local holistic nutritionist, Jackie Mart, for a fun St. Patrick’s Day themed class incorporating GREENS your kids will be sure to eat and enjoy! They will learn about the health and nutritional benefits of these GREEN foods and use them as ingredients: kale, broccoli, spinach, and avocados.

Jackie is a holistic nutritionist, life coach, motivational speaker, fitness instructor and owner of Optimum Wellness LLC. Jackie battled negative body image, weight issues and an eating disorder for more than 12 years and transformed her struggles into her career and passion! Her health/wellness experience includes: consulting independently, working with gyms, partnering with chiropractic/wellness clinics, natural food co-ops, schools, and providing nutrition and health education in many small and large-group settings and businesses throughout Minnesota and Iowa. Jackie is also a former elementary school teacher!
