Non-school days will open in August, 2025 Summer 2025 Summer is quickly approaching, we host fun-filled, themed weeks for your upcoming kindergarten through 5th-grade students. Our two summer locations are Oak Point/Eagle Heights and Eden Lake this summer. On-site and off-site field trips will be on Tuesdays and Fridays at Eden Lake and various days at Oak Point/Eagle Heights! Oak Point/Eagle Heights will offer full day care for families looking for age/grade-specific activities and field trips. Eden Lake will offer half and full-day care for families who are also enrolled in Targeted Services, Extended School Year Program and their siblings. Contracts will begin to be accepted March 2025. A one-time registration fee is charged on the following for summer: February 17–March 20: Fee waived March 20–August 8: $50/child non-refundable fee - Maximum of $100 per family Eagle Zone Summer Dates: Full Day Summer Program is available Monday-Friday from June 16 -August 21. 7:00am-6:00pm. Half Day Summer Program is available Monday-Thursday from July 7 - August 14 at Eden Lake Dates when Eagle Zone is closed, June 19, July 3, and July 4. Eagle Zone Summer Rates: Full Day: $55 per day Drop In Care: $64 per day Half Day: $135 per week Field Trip Days: Junior Eagle Zone at Oak Point/Eagle Heights: Tuesdays and Fridays 1st-2nd Grade at Oak Point/Eagle Heights: Wednesdays and Fridays 3rd-5th Grade at Oak Point/Eagle Heights: Mondays and Fridays Eden Lake K-6: Tuesdays and Fridays School Year 2025-2026 ATTENTION: We are currently reviewing contracts and finalizing space availability based on staffing projections. As required by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, we must maintain student-to-staff ratios (15:1 for K-5 and 10:1 for Pre-K), which may result in a waitlist. If your contract is placed on the waitlist, you will be notified by June 10, 2025, along with your position on the list. If your contract is accepted, you will receive an email notification. While we understand this may limit flexibility for your family, we appreciate your partnership in creating a safe and enriching environment in Eagle Zone! Our diverse classrooms help students discover a love for learning in an interactive, stimulating, and academically rich environment. Your child will be immersed in a stimulating learning environment filled with fun, challenging, and creative learning activities! There are many preschool options available to families in Eden Prairie, but our Little Eagles Preschool program is the only one that aligns curriculum with Eden Prairie Schools K-12 curriculum and the overall K-12 system. We work closely with Early Childhood Special Education and kindergarten teachers to foster a successful transition from preschool to kindergarten.

ONLINE REGISTRATION HELP HERE! Save the Date for Summer Enrollment! You may register your incoming Kindergarten student for Summer JR Eagle Zone. Summer JR Eagle Zone will open enrollment on February 17th, 2025 for the upcoming summer season and is open to all students who will be entering Kindergarten the fall of 2025! More information will be posted on our website here. Click on register to go to the correct registration site for Summer JR Eagle Zone. School year 2025-2026: Junior Eagle Zone is a childcare option for all Pre-K students in the Eden Prairie School District. You must sign up for the same school that your child attends Pre-k preschool. You must sign up for the corresponding dates that your child attends preschool. For example if your child attends 4 days a week pre-K class, you must sign up for the 4 day option. If your child attends a 5 days a week pre-k class, you must sign up for the 5 day option. Junior Eagle Zone registration will not be accepted until your pre-k class enrollment is confirmed. Contract acceptance will begin after March, 2025. Junior Eagle Zone is not open on days that school is not in session. Currently, the upcoming school district calendar has not been released, the non-school days for 2025-2026 will all be removed from your contract. Families must submit changes to their Junior Eagle Zone schedules at least two weeks in advance. This allows us to have the necessary number of staff in place to support our students. While we understand this may limit flexibility for your family, we appreciate your partnership in creating a safe and enriching environment in Eagle Zone!
