Secure an hour of time with Our expert Parent Educator Kathy Matthews. Kathy will customize your hour to fit your needs and topic. Rate of $35 is per hour.
Join us in preparing a sumptuous Greek feast, including the national soup (Soupa Avgolmon), a lemon flavored chicken soup. The menu is rounded out with a flaming cheese appetizer (Saganaki) and eggplant appetizer, zucchini with ground lamb (Moussaka), spinach rolls in fillo (Spanokopeta), and walnut cake with orange syrup (Karidopita).
**Cost of food ingredients ($17) will be collected at class.
