About Summer EPIC Enrichment Courses (K-5th grade)

EPIC Enrichment camps & courses provide fun opportunities to be active, make friends, and explore activities like STEM, arts & crafts, coding, sports, and more in a short-term, flexible format.

When does the Summer 2025 EPIC Enrichment registration open?

Registration will open on Monday, February 17th at 8:00 AM.

Where is it?

Incoming Kindergarten through 5th grade students will attend Prairie View Elementary. 

6th through 8th grade students will attend Central Middle School. 

When is it?

Elementary and Middle School EPIC camps run Monday–Thursday with the morning session running from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and the afternoon session running from 1:00–4:00 PM for eight weeks during the summer.

Each camp is one week long.

  • Week 1: June 16 - June 18 (No Class Thursday, June 19. EPIC classes will only be on Monday-Wednesday this week only.)
  • Week 2: June 23 - June 26
  • Week 3: July 7 - July 10
  • Week 4: July 14 - July 17
  • Week 5: July 21 - July 24
  • Week 6: July 28 - July 31
  • Week 7: August 4 - August 7
  • Week 8: August 11 - August 14

(There are no classes the week of June 30 - July 4.)

How much does it cost?

Prices vary by EPIC camp.

NOTE: You must register your student for classes that are for their 2025-26 school year grade. (Example: All current 1st graders must be registered into 2nd grade classes.)

Week 5: July 21-24

Step right up, young food enthusiasts! In this exciting cooking class, we'll bring the magic of the Minnesota State Fair into the kitchen, teaching kids how to recreate some of the fair's most beloved treats. Throughout the class, young chefs will practice essential kitchen skills, including measuring, mixing, frying safety, and baking techniques. They'll also explore the rich culinary traditions of the Minnesota State Fair, learning fun facts about each dish's history and significance. This course is taught by a Community Education Instructor who is hired by Eden Prairie Schools.

Moana 2 Dance Camp
Week 4: July 14-17

Join us for Hawaiin dancing fun! We will learn basic dance steps using music from the Moana 2 movie, then put them together for fun combinations to show at the end of the week. Dance styles will include ballet, jazz, and hip hop. Additional activities include crafts and fun dance games. Ballet or jazz shoes are encouraged. Please bring a snack and water bottle each day. There will be a performance for family and friends for the last 10 minutes on Thursday. This course is taught by Dance Unlimited. Eat Your Art!
Week 6: July 28-31

Join this unreal edible art-making experience and get ready for a creative adventure where art meets deliciousness! In this outrageously fun camp, we’ll explore both edible and traditional art forms. Each day will be a new adventure using edible dough, candy, chocolate, sprinkles, and more to craft sweet treats that are not only beautiful but also irresistibly yummy. Along the way we’ll have fun drawing, painting, and sculpting clay. From crafting fun food characters to designing beautiful art projects, there’s no limit to your creativity.
