MLS GO Soccer League
Week 8: August 11-14

DASH Sports MLS GO Summer Soccer Mini-Leagues provide players a well-rounded soccer experience covering a broad range of soccer skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense), training, and scrimmages and games. This camp consists of one day of skills training followed by 3 days of games (2 per day for a total of 6 games). Athletes should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle and a snack (spikes and shin guards are optional). Balls are provided. Each participant will receive an MLS GO uniform with registration consisting of a jersey, shorts, and socks. This course is taught by DASH Sports. EPIC Chefs: State Fair Favorites
Week 8: August 11-14

Step right up, young food enthusiasts! In this exciting cooking class, we'll bring the magic of the Minnesota State Fair into the kitchen, teaching kids how to recreate some of the fair's most beloved treats. Throughout the class, young chefs will practice essential kitchen skills, including measuring, mixing, frying safety, and baking techniques. They'll also explore the rich culinary traditions of the Minnesota State Fair, learning fun facts about each dish's history and significance. This course is taught by a Community Education Instructor who is hired by Eden Prairie Schools.

EPIC Chefs: Sweet Treats
Week 8: August 11-14

Get ready to mix, bake, and decorate in Sweet Treats! This hands-on class is perfect for young chefs who love all things sweet. Kids will learn the basics of baking while creating delicious treats like cookies, cupcakes, and more. Along the way, they’ll practice measuring, mixing, and decorating techniques to bring their desserts to life. Whether they’re frosting cupcakes or adding a sprinkle of creativity, this class is all about having fun in the kitchen while building confidence and kitchen skills! This course is taught by a Community Education Instructor who is hired by Eden Prairie Schools.
