Omelette curry (gluten-free). Breakfast for dinner, anyone? Take an omelette (or two) and turn it into a most delicious curry. You've been delaying grocery shopping and now you just have some eggs in the fridge. Your pantry has some potatoes, a couple onions and perhaps a tomato? No worries, you can make some omelette curry and have a delicious dish ready for dinner in 15 minutes! This is a fun dish that you will definitely love. Moong dal pancakes with coconut chutney (vegan, gluten-free). These savory pancakes packed with plant protein are absolutely delicious and super easy to make.     Are you ready to add some new recipes to your Instant Pot regular rotation? Looking for variety in your summer meal planning? Join Kirsten in her kitchen via your computer or phone for this 4 session cooking course. We’ll start with an All in One Pot class where Kirsten will demonstrate Turkey & Wild Rice Meatloaf and Quick and Easy Spaghetti with Meatballs. The next two class sessions will focus on salads. For the Hearty Main Dish Salads class Kirsten will demonstrate Instant Pot Chicken Caprese Salad, Southwest Shrimp and Corn Salad, and Wild Rice Greek Salad. The 3rd session, Summer Side Salads, includes a variety of light and fresh summer side salads including Colorful Quinoa Salad, French Green Lentil Salad, and Italian Cauliflower Salad. The final class is Pot in Pot Cooking. Kirsten will demonstrate Asparagus & Leek Frittata, Banana Bundt Bread, and New York Style Cheesecake. In this class I’ll use an Instant Pot electric multicooker to make Meat and Potato Lover’s Breakfast Bowls, Steel Cut Oats Five Ways and—for an easy on-the-go protein snack—two flavors of Egg Bites: Spinach Parm and Hearty Sausage.
