This class will discuss ways you can balance what may feel like demands on your time and how you want to spend it, with an emphasis on time with your grandchildren.

  • American Heart Association CPR and AED Certification Course

    Learn to follow a plan to act quickly and effectively in a life-threatening situation. You will be trained in CPR and Airway Obstruction for adults, children, and infants by practicing your skills with manikins and AED (Automated External Defibrillators) trainers. An American Heart Certification Card and 3 CEUs will be issued at the end of class. You will be practicing skills that require working on your hands and knees, bending, standing and lifting. Please inform your instructor if you have any physical conditions that might prevent these activities. Bring a pad or blanket to kneel on. Cost of the certification card is included.Class registration fee includes a book.
