  • American Heart Association Adult, Child, Infant CPR & AED Certification Course

    Learn to follow a plan to act quickly and effectively in a life-threatening situation. You will be trained in CPR and Airway Obstruction for adults, children, and infants by practicing your skills with manikins and AED (Automated External Defibrillators) trainers. An American Heart Certification Card will be issued at the end of class. You will be practicing skills that require working on your hands and knees, bending, standing and lifting. Please inform your instructor if you have any physical conditions that might prevent these activities. Bring a pad or blanket to kneel on.

    This course is great for anyone who needs a course completion card in first aid to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements!Are you ready to act in an emergency? Learn a plan of action to recognize and deal with sudden illnesses, injuries, and environmental emergencies. This video-based, instructor-led course teaches students critical skills to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies.
