The camp has a comprehensive approach to player improvement, focusing on team basketball's mental and physical aspects. You will practice strength, agility, footwork, conditioning, shooting, passing, dribbling, and defensive techniques. In addition to the 3v3 and 5v5 games, the camp will also feature testing in dribbling, passing, and shooting drills, with prizes presented to the top performers. Players will be placed on equal teams based on their performance. If you want to become an advanced player, this will be an exciting and challenging basketball experience. Join us for a week of movement, stretching, and dance techniques. All ability levels will be challenged. Dance styles will include ballet, jazz, and hip hop. We will also concentrate on increasing flexibility through stretching exercises. The focus will be on skill-building and fun. We will have downtime with a craft, game, or movie each day. It’s time to host the ultimate Dinner Party! In this hands-on cooking class, young chefs will learn how to prepare a delicious, well-balanced meal from start to finish. From appetizers to main courses and even a tasty dessert, kids will gain essential kitchen skills while creating a meal perfect for sharing. They’ll practice chopping, sautéing, baking, and plating techniques to make their dishes look and taste amazing. Whether they dream of being a chef or just love to cook, this class is all about teamwork, creativity, and fun in the kitchen! This course is taught by a Community Education Instructor who is hired by Eden Prairie Schools.

Skyhawks Middle School Pickleball is a fun and skill-building entry into the fastest-growing paddle sport in the country! Skyhawks staff will teach core fundamentals and techniques across groundstrokes, volleys and serves. Participants will come away with a love for the game, increased confidence and exposure to critical life skills such as teamwork, sportsmanship and respect. This course is taught by Skyhawks Sports. DASH Sports Summer soccer camps provide players a well-rounded soccer experience covering a broad range of soccer skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense) training and skill-based games. Players will be challenged and grouped at an appropriate level while receiving instruction in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with a scrimmage on the final day where athletes can showcase their skills. Athletes should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a snack (spikes and shin guards are optional).
