Foot ClinicMost of us have feet that have lost mobility and strength. This poor foot health is directly linked to alignment issues and joint pain in other parts of the body. This evening workshop will address some of the most common causes of tight, stiff feet. Bring a yoga mat or thick blanket. We will work barefoot and will be sitting on the floor at times. Healthier feet = healthier you.
Healing and BalanceHealing and Balance classes are designed to counter common physical issues created by our sedentary culture. Drawing from Eischens Yoga and functional movement, H&B classes consist of clear instruction, lots of modifications, and partner work. Dress for comfort and movement, bring a yoga mat, and two yoga blocks (approximately 4"x 6"x 9"). Must be able to get down and up off the floor.
