Eden Prairie Community Education

This class is designed for people who have no previous German experience. The course will focus on topics of everyday German life, such as basic greetings, using phones, classroom items, and food. The topics we will discuss include leisure-time activities, work, celebrations, and city life. This class is designed for people who have completed German III or who have more extensive previous German experience. We focus on three activities: sharing short German texts, discussing stories from a reader, and watching German films. We will meet weekly on Zoom and use the Schoology learning management system. New participants are welcome to join throughout the semester by calling the Community Education Office at 952-975-6940. As this course will be taught virtually, you will need access to video and audio on a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet connection. Zoom is free to use. The Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to class.
