Healing and Balance Yoga For All Levels
Informative and informal yoga classes, focused on alignment and simple movements. Must be able to get down on the floor and back up unassisted. You need two yoga blocks (4x6x9), a yoga strap, and a ball (eg tennis ball). Dress for movement. Per request of the instructor, and out of respect for all participants, this is a masked class. -
Online Tai Chi
This online course features the Ruler form of Tai Chi, which is an ancient and gentle, yet powerful, exercise of Taoist origin. It is a unique method of cultivating Qi (internal energy) because it uses an external object to aid in its development. The system can be used for self-healing, as well as calming the mind and moving energy throughout the body. In addition, it is a lot of fun and requires very little space! Recommend flat shoes (no sandals) and comfortable clothes. Suitable for all physical conditions and ages. As this course will be taught virtually, you will need access to video and audio on a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet connection. This class will be held on Zoom, which is free to use. The Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to class. -

Dance with us on Wednesday nights! Zumba is a fun fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. No dance experience needed. Open to all! Youth ages 10+ can attend with a caregiver. Registration is per person.
